In reference to the heat I remember for many years in a row, we'd average 80 degree heat and have heatwaves that lasts a week or more, but this summer so far and a couple of years back the summers have been mild, to the point it feels like fall. A few months ago, I've created this simple yet filling dish. The type of bread escapes me at the moment but it was topped off with lettuce, tomatoes, fried cut-up sausage links. Then topped off with salad dressing.While im sure it ranks low on the health meter it ranked delicious in taste. You can even roll it up burrito style or eat it as pictured.
